Works with any flow chemistry system
The Asia Syringe Pump works with Asia Modules, third-party flow reactors, or any custom flow chemistry system you can create. It features three control modes that enable full automation, allowing you to focus on more important tasks.
Three control modes:
- Asia External Controller – Integration with any scientific software through OPC-UA
- Manual – Integrated twist and-click control knob and a large LCD display
- Asia Manager Software – Advanced control, data logging, and automation of flow chemistry processes
Any chemical, any time
Two independent flow channels provide you with ultra-smooth low pulsation dynamic flow rates of 1.0 μL to 10 mL/min, ensuring consistent results. The Asia Syringe Pump’s patented design uses PCTFE and glass components only to give you excellent chemical compatibility, allowing you to pump volatile, viscous, and corrosive liquids for a wide range of applications.
Accurate, precise, and safe
Accurate flow rates at pressures up to 20 bar/ 300 psi are achieved through robust construction and safety is ensured through pressure sensors on each channel. No calibration is required, and valves, syringes and pressure sensors can all be replaced without the need for tools.

Asia syringe volumes and flow rates
Choose from four paired syringes with defined flow rate ranges:
- Asia Yellow Syringes (50 µL / 100 µL): 1.0 µL to 250 µL/min)
- Asia Green Syringes (250 µL / 500 µL): 5.0 µL to 1.25 mL/min)
- Asia Blue Syringes (500 µL / 1 mL): 10 µL to 2.5 mL/min)
- Asia Red Syringes (2.5 mL / 5 mL): 50 µL to 10 mL/min
Asia Pressurized Input Store
The Asia Pressurized Input Store is designed to further expand the capabilities of the Asia Syringe Pump. It allows four reagents to be stored under an inert gas atmosphere. The 1 bar gas pressure assists in delivering a smooth flow by minimizing input cavitation and gas bubble formation.
