1. System can be tailored to your chemistry

Asia offers a variety of flow chemistry modules and systems in either entry level or advanced configurations for both beginners with modest budgets and experts who demand the utmost functionality.  The modular nature allows you to be flexible with your applications and adapt your configuration to suit your needs.  The Asia system is truly the most flexible flow chemistry system available.

2. Precise control of your reaction

Asia allows unprecedented control of reaction conditions. Precise control of key reaction parameters such as temperature, reaction time, mixing and molar ratios allows for higher yields and better selectivity. Reactions that would otherwise be difficult using traditional batch conditions can easily be harnessed, flow reactions can be telescoped (or run in sequence), reactive intermediates can be prepared with no isolation and potentially hazardous reagents can be generated and used in-situ.

3. Wider range of chemistry

Asia offers a wide range of flow reactors for both solution-phase and solid phase chemistry. The complete range of reactors offer excellent chemical resistance, high pressures, wide temperature ranges, visibility of your reaction, and rapid mixing. Along with traditional methods of enabling chemical reactions, such as temperature and chemical activation, Asia offers access to greener, reagentless techniques such as electrochemistry and photochemistry applications. These unique modes of chemistry and the flexible, versatile nature of Asia makes it ideal for the widest range of flow chemistry applications.

5. Continuous reaction work-up and analysis

Asia provides the ability to perform key-post synthesis work-up and analysis. The Asia FLLEX module performs continuous extraction or in-situ quenching of your flow reaction followed by separation of the aqueous and organic phase using advanced membrane technology. It is the flow chemistry equivalent of a separating funnel. The Asia Sampler and Dilutor enables on-line reaction analysis by offering automated sample extraction, dilution and transfer to virtually any LCMS, GCMS, UPLC, etc. for off-line, continuous analysis of your flow reactions.

6. Discover new chemistry

The unique benefits of flow chemistry enable the use of chemistries not readily available using traditional techniques. Asia flow chemistry system allows you to expand your chemistry to explore novel disconnections, achieve greater chemical space for research and development, and adopt the growing areas of electrochemistry and photochemistry to push your current boundaries.
